These terms cover your use of the Caffeinity app. By downloading or using Caffeinity, you agree to them.

The app

Caffeinity estimates caffeine levels in your body from the brews you log, using a general pharmacokinetic model. It is provided for personal tracking and informational purposes only — it is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have questions about caffeine and your health, talk to a doctor.

Your data

Your brew log, bean inventory, and settings belong to you and are stored on your device. See the privacy policy for details on what the app collects and how it's used.

Subscriptions

Caffeinity Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through the App Store. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID account settings. Free features remain available, and your history is never deleted, if a subscription lapses.

Acceptable use

Don't use Caffeinity to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app or its backend services.

No warranty

Caffeinity is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We aren't liable for decisions made based on estimates the app produces.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
